WOW, I can just imagine the size of the rails the NBC execs were snorting when they came up with this one!

Part of the escapist TV genre from the late 70s-early 80s. This show was from an era when TV viewing was really a family event. It was really cool to experience because the next day in school you'd talk about what you watched on TV with your friends.

This is an example where something really has to be seen to be believed. Many kids think I'm pulling their legs when I tell them there were shows such as this back in the seventies.

Bad writing, for sure. Timing was wrong, too. By 79, most of the intended target audience was into Buck Rogers, Star Wars & Battlestar Galactica. If this had come out 3 or 4 years before 79, with better writing, might have worked. You would still have had disco music. This show's failure was the main reason NBC fired Fred Silverman.

Even though this show was terrible and was cancelled after a few episodes I sure would like to see someone at NBC (or whom ever owns this show) release it on DVD. I know I liked it and would love to see it again.

At least "Heaven's Gate" had nice cinematography and good actors is it, despite being incredibly dull.

Supertrain seems like a show with multiple personality disorder that doesn't know what it wants to be so it's a little bit of everything and fails in every aspect.

Oooh! Nita Talbot! I loves me some of that. She wasn't in nearly enough episodes of Soap.

Oh my. This has to be the greatest bad show ever. I'd give anything to actually watch an episode.
