this is a great way to kill your skis. your edges are crying and if you use reuse the wax you are simply putting the dirt you got out of your skis right back into them, not a good idea.

Just some advise, use less wax, you want a solid line along it but not that much, maybe have as much, it results in alto less scrap off

This video scares me...just say'n...I feel bad for your skis and your use of the file for doing your edges...also a good thing you have black bases as you now have tons of carbon in your p-tex. Big thumbs down on this picture show :-(

whats p-tex and where do u get it? do u have to sharpen your edges or no? do u nedd speacial wax or can u use live ledge wax for like skateboarding for waxing

P-tex is plastic you melt into the base to fill any gashes. it can be found in any ski shop.
it is really important to sharpen your edges when skiing on ice and hard pack or you cant grip.
i dont know how skateboard wax relates to ski wax, but i wouldn't recommend it. Ski wax only costs about $10.
