@markoth97 Hi!! I am a contortionist and I am from a very contortion-based school!! What he did is called a double-fold press!! It is not just something you can do!! I know people you can do it but it requires INCREDIBLE arm and upper body strength!! I know girls who have been doing contortion their whol elife and can't do that!! Do a handstand and put your feet on the wall, then do push-ups like that... it helps!!!

i can do chest stand and today i tried to do that and i cant get up!

@fateindustry Thanks. Controlling the muscles is key. Just a hint for you. if you learn to relax and tighten your muscles at will, you learn control of your body.
