It's not really that easy. Maybe you're not qualified to do what you want to do. Maybe you can't afford to get qualified. I'm having a terrible time finding a job I like. I've had three dead end jobs where there is no work to do and I know how that poor girl feels.

You came to our school today and i have to say it was one of the best speeches we've listened to. and when you played the video of your children saying ginger massive at the end i nearly cried. it was truly a life changing speech and thanks for coming in. :)

I understand what you're saying Richard but have you ever considered that the person in the first service station might have lost her mother that month, might be genuinely depressed for whatever reason but at was least trying to provide a service.

@glusburn That is a good point. There is a slim chance that something might have been bothering this member of staff. But I think we can all agree that there is far too much poor customer service than there should be in the UK and beyond.
