I think that its wrong to say its "black" culture. Most of England's black population are from West Africa and The West Indies, whose culture when they first came here was of a god-fearing, hard working people. This current "youf" culture is a kind of amalgamation of West Coast gangster culture imported from America and Chav culture. It's not a problem of black culture, but cultural decline in England generally.

His point is purely academic. So, please don't take it too emotionally.

However, it is not very tasteful to regard the bloody riot as an intellectual curiosity in this period. As well as that, it's not helpful or practical way of thinking to fix the situation.

Wherever they are, blacks, given the opportunity, will be lazy, leisurely and uninterested in doing anything productive. In a dog-eat-dog society (like Lagos, Nigeria), blacks will either learn a simple skill and work hard, or join a gang.
