Representatives from the Invisible Children charity visited Heriot Watt University to screen 'The Rescue' one of their documentaries highlighting the plight of child soldiers in Uganda. Find out more at http://www.invisiblechildren.com/
@nolimits2222 No, I don't believe it does. As I recall they were quite enthusiastic to show the film. I'll ask the organiser just to be sure though. If I don't reply again assume it doesn't cost anything.
Right I've been in touch with the 'boss' and there was no charge to book a visit, (I'm not sure if that's just for charity raising groups and awareness events or if it applies to less public showings as well). She also says
'Hi, to be honest, IC contacted me, but tell your friend if they contact the UK division, they should give them info on when they'll be in their area and they can perhaps arrange a screening.'
Obv it won't be the UK division for you, but the rest will be the same. Good luck
does it cost money to book a screening?
