They show it like it's a bad thing Israel won the war. Egypt was threatening Israel, Syria was bombing Israel even before the war, and Jordan was being used by Egypt to provoke Israel. If Israel had not attacked first the Egyptians would have and the Middle East would be as Nasser wanted it: Judenfrei. Israel was acting in self-defense.
