Just to point out the obvious, there's one word missing from that plastic surgery quote; celebrities.

Ever since I started watching Korean movies/dramas, people tells me that most (like 90%) has some sort of plastic surgeries. Its hard to believe but it came from other Korean so I had no choice but to believe them.
