@Narufan1001 true, but he got his eyes removen, remember. unless someone, or something gave him the sharingan, then i have no idea. I say it is kagami or setsuna, but i have no clue at all. may need to do more reasearching on him

But do we really know that Izuna really died? all we know is that "Tobi" had said that Madara took his eyes and "Tobi" stated that Izuna died. Tobi is lying about his identity and could be lying about that. He might just be Izuna. How he survived for so long... idk.
