  • Thank you for this video.

I have just recently discovered some of the really great things Buddhism has to offer. I really like it and I want to learn everything! I strongly believe this is something for me.

I ask if you could be so kind and give me a few pointers or recommendations for a complete beginner. I would be very grateful!!

  • @chase2kk i would recommend that you learn the basics like the 4 noble truths, eightfold path ect. As far as book go i highly recommend Buddhism for Dummies and anything by his holiness the Dalai Lama. Thich Nat Hanh also has wonderful books called For A Future To Be Possible and The Heart of the Buddha's Teaching: Transforming Suffering into Peace, Joy & Liberation. Hope this helps you.

  • Yes i am Buddhist, i have been Buddhist since I was 16. There is a book called Buddhism for Dummies and i highly recommend it if you are curious as to what Buddhism is ect.

  • i am glad that my video brought you a little bit of awareness, kindness and wisdom.
