See You Soon - Chimelir - Original

This song I put on youtube last year, under the name "On my way." The music the 'first' version has is actually not the original music that I intended; the song changed from a jazzier style to more strummed and heavier. I think I like it this way better.

And its irreversibility is killing me, because its consequentiality's reality,
Alarming inhibition tries to enter free, but only inspiration doesn't pay a fee.
Unconsciousness is crippling humanity, darkness is consuming some entirely,
A lonely dove illuminates a site to see, as a tunnel runs its tracks inevitably.

A life's a bunch of carbon oxidating now, converting into dust as soon as it learns how,
a chemical reaction to a physical attraction, makes love the centerpiece of a cosmic interaction.
My memory is oscillating unpredictably, forgetting to remember with regularity,
it's difficult to separate the pain you see, from the happiness I feel when you look down on me.

My wishes recreate themselves sporadically, a bunch of candles that get blown out annually,
expecting the impossible may be irresponsible, but is waiting for a miracle so unheard of now?
I like to watch the kamikaze stars at night - reminds me that living in the sky must be alright,
if only I could meet you one more time to say, I'll see you soon, I'm right behind, I'm on my way...


And you might be waiting for me twenty years or more, Va, I'm still young and I've got plenty to burn before
my wick melts all the wax and I fall to the floor, babe let's skip out on my funeral and meet each other at the door.
