Nice shelter. Rock shelters have spoiled me. For me its the best place for finding artifacts. You ever need help holler. Just down the road from ya...:)

Thats a dandy Ida played groundhog for that one too!

That place is definitely what I'd call a "Honey Hole". Let me guess, the dripping is not water, it's probably Honey!!!

keep going man, thats turning out nice! I bet the reason all these ???'s keep coming, is simple, caves have large deposits of soil overtime, the cave i dug, we dug through a whole 2 feet before we hit the original soil, Im sure if you take all that dirt open there is another chamber or some shit haha!

Sweet stuff J.B. I agree 100% we have a great community here. I love it. Artifact people are the great. Good luck and take care.

Wow,nice point man!!
And yeah...we appreciate you as well!!
Merry Christmas bud!!
I am no expert, matter of fact Im barely amature. But is there any chance that the entire floor of the overhang has progressed upward over time. Not from build up or overburden, but the entire base under the slate has been pushed up by shifts or pressures from down deep. Just a thought

@tnpoint Sure man, anythings possible. That 's very plausable. I just don't know how to go about proving it! Thanks for the comment!

oh yeah thats nice but i dont understand how or why digging in the back is any better then out front.why would there be a arrowhead so close to the celing i dont understand how that rock shelter gets so full up to the roof where thers still points 8 inches from the roof will you please explain this to me i would really like to understand how it happens.it seems to me if you dug farther out towards the door you wouldnt have to be so crowded in there.

@waylan3 I can't explain it. I don't know. I don't dig towards the "door" because it's frozen right now. I crawl in the back because I'm finding points and pipes there! Pretty simple really.

One very nice Synder, beautiful color. I seem to remember from some of your other vids, you've found several made from that material.

@greatbasinman Your right, I've found several with that pink material. Heat treated I'm guessing.
