DO THIS IF YOU HAVE NO SEGA FOLDER
Open up the Wow6432Node folder in Regedit.
Sega is in there.

In the software section of HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE there is no SEGA, just STLSetup and Sonic...... ive tried uninstalling and installing, there is no sega folder
