@SergeantBagel This video was recorded by Jason Jones back in 1995, homie. The creator of Marathon who laid down the ground rules for the Vidmaster's Challenge. It never said anything about "going above normal shield level".

@albhs08 Jarbizu800 is correct. Also the M2 videos on the vidmaster channel isn't for the xBox version, these are all screen casts for the Macintosh release that came out in '95. This incarnation still lives on today, you can download the entire Marathon Trilogy at source.bungie.org

@albhs08 No, the xbox live achievements are for Marathon 2: Durandal. This would be the first Marathon game, not Marathon 2.
