Andy's Driving videos around Derby, Derbyshire, UK :

Well in this video and the many others I have made, you will be able to take a virtual drive around the city of Derby's streets as though you were in the driving seat. • Lovely simple idea. Do you have any vid of where Leys Malleable Iron Co used to stand (next to the Baseball Ground) I did some research there in 1981-83. It was amazing inside. Tremendous noise in the grinding shops, beautiful melting plant, friendly workers, foundrymen with strong characters. Plus I liked the smell of it!

  • Thanks, As it happens YES. See my video...

  • lol my house is on this

  • I spent a fair bit of time in Spondon as a child during the 60's when my gran lived on Locko Rd. Locko park always seemed such a long way to walk to, and the barley fields were always great for exploring. I think there has been much development around there now. Great vids, lots of memories, thanks!
