Nevertheless it is nice to see some insight into native Pakistani Hindus. It is only elements from both sides that are bigoted.

No not i the Pakistani government, but probabaly better chance in private fields. The Muslim employment in Indian government jobs is under representative, but it is far worse in Pakistan where it is 0.2% representation. Hindus are around 2% of Pakistan.
