Did Pat say "a bean could fall from the ceiling and crush you"? That's a mighty big bean!
(Yes, I know it's "M", not "N" ;) )

"and specifically she'll put up some letters, R S T L N E, see if any of those are in puzzle..."
WTF? He just gave him part of the answer?

The puzzle creators are careful to design puzzles around this. Before it was 5 consonants and a vowel only, and very very often it was all of these letters, so they are now freebies.

That's only the second time I've ever seen someone pick a Z in the bonus round--the other time, the answer was ZOO.
I'll go out on a limb and say this will probably be the only time that Z, W, and J will be the consonants picked in the bonus round.

Earlier this season ZCDI was picked for LUNAR ECLIPSE (solved for $45,000). He later said he thought it was something else. But for Z being picked and in the puzzle (if that's what you meant), you might be right.

Boy, when he picked those letters, I thought he was crazy. But he's smart.

Well it's funny, because CPGA is almost just as good. Or even PGWI, because W's are occasionally chosen...so he picked those to really have an epic win, IMO.
