Workers' compensation claims include injuries obtained while at your place of employment.

What We Do:

We represent clients in the metro-Atlanta area as well as throughout the entire state of Georgia. "Keeping It Real Since 1996"

Our approach in handling automobile accidents is simple: Immediately negotiate with the responsible party's insurance company to determine whether a just and reasonable settlement of your claim can be resolved. At times the insurance company may not comply with providing the client with the settlement that they deserve; in the event that this happens, we will move quickly toward litigating the case. As an automobile accident victim, you are entitled to recover the following:

All medical costs incurred, even those paid by an insurance company of third party
All future medical costs, surgical procedures or other medical care
All past and future lost wages or reduced capacity to earn
Property damage to your vehicle
Damages for physical and mental pain and suffering
As expected, you, the client, retain total control over whether you wish to settle your case. Based on our experience and your claim, we will conduct a thorough evaluation of your claim and give you advice on whether or not you are being offered a fair settlement. Ultimately, the decision whether to settle or proceed to trial is always the decision of our client.

Trucking accidents pose a unique situation for civil litigation for several reasons. To begin, the damage and injuries inflicted upon motorists in trucking accidents are severe, often resulting in catastrophic injury or death. In fact, it is estimated that approximately one in eight traffic fatalities involves a truck. In addition, the size and weight of tractor trailers are a significant contributing factor to the high fatality rate, as well as large blind spots, driver fatigue, and in some cases the use of alcohol and drugs.

There are many federal regulations governing the operation of tractor trailers and their drivers. These federal regulations are required in the creation of certain records and log books. These regulations along with the required documentation are essential to the prosecution of a trucking case. If you have been involved in a tractor trailer injury, it is imperative that your attorney(s) be familiar with these regulations so that they can be used to your advantage.

If you or a loved one have been injured on the job, Georgia Workers' Compensation laws require that the employer be responsible for loss wages and medical expenses while you are out of work.

If your injury or illness is deemed catastrophic due to the on the job injury, your employer may also be required to provide you with rehabilitation and vocational benefits. In some cases, you may be entitled to lifetime compensation and medical benefits.

Let us review your on the job injury claim and help you get the settlement and/or benefits you deserve.
