This is badly researched. Krang is not an octopus and he is constantly complaining about how Dimension X is a horrible place to live and he wants to invade Earth partially because of it. A small amount of actually watching the episodes of the series this was based on could have revealed that.
Also, why is an American astronaut calling the American space command in Japanese?
