If you can buy half ounce silver for the same price as one ounce silver then it's a no brainer to buy the half ounce as premiums in future will reward the smaller sizes.
Check out this link to see how some dealers are selling 1/2 ounce and ounce for same premium...that's what I call a great deal when considering how much bigger the premiums will be on the smaller fractionals in the future.... http://www.store.firstmajestic.com/products.aspx?cat=4

  • On a recent $27 dip I was able to get some 1/2oz Scottsdale Silver Rounds cheaper than any 1 oz rounds from my bullion dealer. The 1/2 oz were even more of a bargain than the 1 oz Scottsdale rounds :) But I do like my 1/2 oz Year of the Dragons better :) Still it's all 999 fine silver & I have it in my hands :)

  • @SilverLadyBug999 Nice one...Bullionbourse has some nice pamps youd probably like and their prices are usually reasonable....man I love their pamp bars, so sexy but a little out of my league haha.

  • Makes sense. Nice vid.

  • I'm from the US...and I have been buying lots of 1964 and older US dimes and quarters lately. I have been getting them for about 5% over melt. I think I have a little over 3,700 dimes, and 800 plus quarters.

  • Gee, glad to see I am not the only one that lives out of a closet at a friends house to save paper money to buy more physical .

  • @7Losses Cool, but if you live in Auckland you should go to the regal castings shop direct because it's a little cheaper than their trademe prices...thats where I bought my dragons from. Ive only heard good things about gainesville and they ship internationally..I think they have a $2000 min order though from memory for internationals. Wish I had enough money to buy from them, that would mean I'd also have more silver, but alas I don't...they are definitely right up there as a dealer.

  • @geniusmarketing08 I've bought from regal castings via trademe. The only other trader on trademe I really trust (although not fully) is bullionNZ. I've been looking at Gainsville lately, have you had any dealings with them? NZMint is awkward to purchase from because they have no online credit card facility unfortunately.

  • @SilverLadyBug999 , hi are you saying that you could buy 2x 1/2 oz coins for less than the price of a single oz?

  • @geniusmarketing08 With Eagles you could actually say they are $1 each. That is their face value and they are legal tender. Maples are $5.

  • @dowhatuwill Interesting. Anything over $400 in value inc shipping customs will automatically stop.
