Thanks for sharing this! I have one of the metal diffusers and have only tried it once...I MADE A HUGE MESS with it. Now I'm inspired to give it another go. I like the idea of blowing off to the side first...that should take care of my problem!

Very nice work Steve! Love the decoration, it looks inspired by Simon's botanical motifs with your own touch of course, beautiful! The blossom, by the way is great, looks exactly that - a blossom! I couldn't find a bird in it :)LOL
I do only oxidation firing myself, ^5. I think it stretches the imagination to find glazing and decorating methods that keep it interesting! Thanks for sharing! Cheers, Sharon

ah the mighty atomizer!
Isn't it dangerous to spray metal oxides indoors like that? No spray booth or respirator or any kind of air safety seems like a bad idea, no?

Normally I spray outside and only did this one for ease of filming. The door was open and if you've seen any of my earlier vids you'll see it far from airtight . But thanks for your concern regards
