i didnt see any excessive force used. the responding officers were shown restraining the guy and they would not have used force at all if the guy would have just complied. being 14 dosent give you a free pass to break the law.

This is like when the police beat up a girl at Reagan National Airport in DC. Officer Michael Urbina slammed her head so hard he gave her a permanent traumatic brain injury. Then they arrested HER and charged her with made up crimes. There are new police brutality videos everyday! The fed govt needs to police the bad cops who torture ppl & the district attys who support their behavior through malicious prosecution & false arrest. In the end, the taxpayer's money pays for police brutality.
