Racism is like greed or lust- it's a negative part of all humans.
There will never be true equality- there will always be poverty, corruption, religious/ civil unrest and armed conflict in this world.
And racism will always exist- like it or not.
One redeeming factor this advert has is it reveals all people are bigoted- not just white folks- who get the vast majority of racial accusations thrown at them.

This is just based on COMMON stereotypes expressed by people who already fit a certain stereotype, so it is easier to relate with and understand the view-point.
What's important is that the commercial gets the message across on how stereotypes and prejudice negatively affect children.
