  • FINALLY! A model railway enthusiast who is pursuing ELECTRIFICATION!!! (I get so tired of these steam and diesel people)! This is the first mainline (other than just trams) electrification I have seen on a MODEL layout! As an advocate of railway electrification myself, I am so happy to see this!

  • @electricrailwaygod .. You should see my other videos the layout as come along way since this one. Im a all electric guy.. I like steam and diesel is Ok .. but Electrics are the best and better for the environment. There are few electric modelers and even fewer with actual catenary on their layouts

  • fantastic!!!

  • thanks

    check out my other vids

we just started a group on yahoo called scaled model cities !! come on and join up

  • I remember that metro from ur original layout...You got that baby hummin through 30th st.....The catenary looks great and the layout is lookin better and better..

  • You know I had to bring out my "first" train to break in the new catenary system. In fact it cleaned the wires for me ! After 8 years of sitting around it ran great.

I love Bachmann !! Philly all the way !

  • @electricrailwaygod - and then he spoils it by running at a scale 300 km/h.

  • @ac0catenary I don't have actual catenary but I am working on a NEC layout with both third rail/diesel loco's (like the DL109) and an extensive GG1 fleet.

It's so hard to find locomotives which actually work on catenary in N scale then again It's hard to find catenary in N scale

  • Very very nice!!! Great job on those Met cars!!

  • AC... What's the link to your group..couldn't find it! :D
