  • there are a couple things that lead me to believe this video is not real. first of all you don't get diagnosed with crohns in an hour...It took them a week to diagnose me with crohns because you have to go through extensive testing before they can rule out bacteria poisoning or even just the flu let alone know it was crohns rather than ulcerive colitis and if it was bad enough you had to be rushed to ER than more foods other than candy and redbull would give you pain.

  • Hi Spencernator,

The video is as real as Nick's story.

Nick was rushed to the ER because of a fistula, a rare complication due to Crohn's, not because of the severity of his disease. Also, many doctors claim NO food, let alone Red Bull or candy, has any effect on a person's Crohn's Disease, even if it is a severe case!

  • Thanks for sharing your story and and posting it! I know what its like to be fisrt dianosted with crohn's. I didn't know what it was,nor did I think that finally getting an answer to something I hide for so many hard years would mean that I will have this rare disease for life but after I started getting healthier I find that life will get better and my condition will not pervent me from success. I even made a show about it and I will post it soon!!!

  • That's great to hear, let us know how it goes/when it comes up.

  • I have crohns and it took me 12 years to get diagnosed.

  • @thespencernator it only took you a week? it took me two months of testing.

  • Cat's Claw > Modern Medicine

If you don't know what Cat's Claw is, look it up. A week on Cat's Claw and I was able to go off all my medication. My intestines have healed up, no more blood, it gets rid of flare ups in minutes, and is completely 100% safe! I recommend a dosage of about 4000mg/day but everyone is different.

  • @thespencernator

Well of course, any video that asks for money can be subject to some degree of enhancement. It doesn't necessarily mean it's "false". Sometimes stories have to be condensed to make a long complex story more digestible. And the narrator may not even know all the facts. He's trying to be as efficient as possible for raising funds. A study of the organizations spending record would be a better judge of its reliability. There are a lot of frauds in the world.

  • why as soon as you can, i mean can the doc help you, i thought you were just shit out of luck

  • ive had croh'ns 3 yrs now i was diagnosed straight away which was good but it feels like im a hypacondriac cos when i go to the doctor about weakness pain u know the usual they give me paracetamol as all my blood tests come back clear wot does this mean? cos im really in alot of pain and no-one will help can anyone recomend a good pain reliever that i cud tell the doctor to give me?

  • I just had a colonoscopy yesterday and I most likely have Crohn's disease. Sort of suspected it for about 5 years beforehand but didn't do anything about it until it caused me a great deal of discomfort and pain. I'm a college student and it really affected my attendance - and quite possibly my grades too. If I can give anyone good advice, it's if you suspect that you might have something wrong with your health, get diagnosed as soon as you can. I wish I did that before.

  • I most likely have crohns... I'm going in for my colonoscopy tomorrow morning. I beleive I have minor crohnes disease... I had it for a year with out knowing what it was probably since it was minor. It makes me nervous that its actually a disease and not curable. But having it never prevented me from going out doing things or playing sports. I feel it hurting inside me right now but it is bearable. I wont let crohns live my life.

  • dang

u cant get rid of it?!

i know how ya felt man

    i got the same thang

    tried not 2 give up
