For this special moment I've worked a half year!
I wanna have a maximum of performance for a
minimum of space! Now it works, I can handle
a high torque from low rpm to high rpm!
And that of course without a gearbox or a speed
hub. The speed will be changed by the
frequency of the controller. I shift into another
speed with a "TipTronic", that's only 2 button,
one accelerate and one decelerate!
Technical test data:
TIRE - 20" SCHWALBE MARATHON
LOADING ON TIRE - 48Kg
SYSTEM VOLTAGE - 37V/42V LiPO / 150Farad CAPs
MAX AMP LOAD - 70 AMPERE
CAPACITOR BLOCK - 19x22000uF
TUNNEL HEAT SINK - 0.4K/W
MOTOR-CONTROLLER - COMPLETE CONVERSION
MOTOR - AIR COOLED 500W BLDC HUB MOTOR

TECHNISCHE TEST DATEN:

@3089280288 Thanks, selfmade! I sent you another video with the full length music...

You are the man! I've got a crappy brushed hub motor for my bike. I need something like what you have there. Nice job. awesome.

@MPaulHolmes
Thanks! ...BUT, that's only a pimped out direct drive motor made in china...

WOW that's a monster controller man. You built your own controller. That's impressive all by itself. The rest is just out there, this is frigging amazing.

Monster controller?- No, it's not big! It's based on a "NoName" controller made in china, and I've converted it a little bit... So it's maybe more around the controller, to dissipate all the heat from the MOSFETs and the coils, also stabilize the voltage&s...
The problem was that the bldc hub motor don't have a speed hub, so the battery and the controller must generate the electric power for the torque and speed!
