  • @Fenrisulv987 the song is about someone who lives forever, and outlives everyone he loved, and eventually outlives the existence of earth, and so he's doomed to roam into space for the rest of eternity. So the guy would have been born in the 1800s, and been with someone back then, and she died, but he carried on and presumably didn't get with anyone else, and so he's gone there to remember her, soon before earth gets owned. Watch the video gain and it makes sense after you know the context

  • Like if you have cried to this song while listening to it in the dark. :D

  • You know a band is good when they make a song with all clean vocals and there are no kids bitching about it. Fucking great song!

  • @Domaith Nope.

  • Fuck.....Fuck yes.. Fucking, fuck yes.

  • Periphery is Gods!

  • Spencers cleans <33333

  • Really good song, My only criticism, in the video, we see this young dude, prolly born in 1980, walking up to a gravestone and getting all sentimental, while the gravestone clearly shows someone borrn in 1870 and died in 1920. What possible connection could he have to someone who died 60 years before he was born?

  • @Domaith Psht, spencer is beastmode.

  • Kony 2012

  • BRING BACK CASEY/Chris/Jake/Veredika/Eliot Coleman!!!!

    Anything but Spencer!

  • Charlie Day is great in this.

  • this makes me fucking wet

  • @Groundbeef88 the icarus EP, check it out on itunes its got like 3 or 4 new songs too

  • The vocals used in this video are one's from the "Icarus EP"'s version of "Jetpacks Was Yes!" (Jetpacks Was Yes! (v2.0)).

Great buy, really. The EP also includes "enhanced" vocals to "Icarus Lives!".

  • where can I get this song version, I have their album but this version sounds better

  • Misha's jizz face 2:01

  • @Incineratethemartyrs It's a reference to Arrested Development.

  • @Incineratethemartyrs they made the songs before vocals came there, they remixed and remastered some songs for the vocals though. the original artist = bulb (aka. misha mansoor) he wrote almost all the music wich periphery released up untill now.

  • the vocalist reminds me of that guy from 'it's always sunny in philedelphia'

  • good tunes!

  • @lukyganesh They do that. It kinda distracts people and turns them off I think. However this song is amazing.

  • not trolling, but this song title is kinda gay
