@CMY187 there's no competition lols.. If ROH got regular cable time it would be awesome because people would be able to watch all this indy talent, less politics/bs storylines.. but hey what can ya do.. buying the DVD's and supporting the indies is just as good.

@l4nc0r I don't think ROH wants to compete with or even carry out a storyline with itself and the two big companies at loggerheads. It dosen't have the capacity for that right now.

I remember the ROH/CZW feud. It was goddamn brutal. Chris Hero did a wonderful job as the Anti-ROH leader, and Danielson making his heel turn at Death Before Dishonor IV made the feud all so much better to experience.

I'm concerned for the possible direction ROH might go, but I'm not too worried. Over his dead body will Jim Cornette allow SB to turn ROH into 2010-TNA, and since Delirious has been with ROH for over seven years and knows the ins and outs of the company, I think he'll oppose such a move too.

Have you seen AJPW in the 1990s? Best wrestling ever done. Nothing comes close to it. Not even now, in this decade.

@CMY187 but yes Sinclair has done good for ROH i just wish they would get syndicated on some channel for late night viewing so they could possibly not have to adhere to a bunch of requirements from TV stations, ya know. It could be the death of ROH having to clone themselves to the likes of TNA. like people have said before, and it is true, ROH focuses on TALENT not mind-numbing scripting bullshit. of course delirious has been after daisy for like what.. 5+ years? :p

@CMY187 without ROH they would never have been as successful.. that much is true. the epic matches with Samoa Joe, as you referenced to Dub A ending his streak.. It's the kids that begin to watch WWE and all they know is from the rehashed ECW programming and they think they are historians of wrestling.. but they know nothing of CZW, IWA, AWA, NWA (both before and after it's merge into TNA), ROH, NJPW, Chikara, hell i'll even go so broad as to say WSX though that was just on MTV for a little bit.

@l4nc0r I'm grateful to Sinclair Broadcasting for the TV exposure, but at the same time I'm worried that the company might interfere in the booking decisions of ROH. I just hope that SB dosen't forget that the reason that ROH had grown, prospered and maintained such a strong fanbase over the years is that it has always valued the in-ring action above all else.

Hey, I try, don't I? In fact, I'm GLAD that Punk and Danielson are in WWE. Through them, I can get WWE fans to take a look at ROH.
