These are great vids man. Most people just find the guy and kills them, but i like how you make the stealthy kills.

The most stylish assination I ever done was Majd'Addin, I went to the left hand side of the stage and I just hopped behind Addin and stabbed him. Much cooler than those ones where you jump down.

How did you get that many sync bars on memory block 2(btw I have completed the game).

There are several things going on here. The first is that it's a Replay MB2 so I'm carrying back bonus bars earned later in the game (from doing Viewpoints and Save Citizens). If you play your cards right, you can have up to 12 sync bars for Tamir.
The way I got 15 is that this was my second playthrough and I carried over bonus bars from my first playthrough. That doesn't always happen. I got a carry over on playthroughs 2 and 5 but not on 3 and 4. You just have to be lucky.

i don't get how to jump on top of the person and assassinate him. when i jump i always land a foot away from him and im uncovered

It's called "air to assassinate". Google "air to assassinate guide" for my text walkthrough and/or see my video "12 Ways to Wield the Hidden Blade" /watch?v=vkR1NrtRTw8
What you're doing is a jump assassinate. It's less reliable because you have to aim the jump yourself.
