I am pretty sure Regehr just fell. Tootoo was in the action of throwing a punch while Regehr fell, he didn't exactly push him or yank him down. It looks like Regehr tried to grap the jersey to yank, it came a bit loose and he fell. I like Tootoo and all, but Regehr fell.
