I was a bit torn on deleting some of these posts so since these comments mainly deal with Jen, I will be going by her rules. So here we go - My policy on deletes: only delete when specific abusive comments are made (re:others ie: "you are...) "otherwise, I am happy to leave personal opinions up so long as they are traceable/accountable posts. When sharing ones opinion, it can be illuminating to their perspective as it differs to others. It is important to let all be heard, with care.

Jesus is love. He loves me and Jennifer Knapp, even though we are gay. We should all ask for forgiveness when we hurt others, not when we love others- even if they are of the same gender. I am also a middle school teacher, a first-generation college grad, the oldest of four, and a deacon at my church. All of these labels are more important to me, and more indicative of who I am, than the gender of my fiancee.
