He immediately resigned from the campaign, wasn't worth giving the other side the free publicity of a fight. Legal trouble typically results when you actually do something vs. entertain a videographer and answer his leading questions.

Our videographer lost in court over his manipulations and selective editing of the ACORN tape. In all 3 of his video "stings" Moran, ACORN and NPR were basically people trying not to be rude and play along. Not even a story of any wrongdoing, basic libel. It never mattered if it was true, damage done, people believe what they want to believe.
