Two advanced civilizations, the humanoid-like Paranoids and the all-women Solenoids are waging a war that has gone on for many centuries. The Star Leaf crew must must now defend the artificial paradise of Chaos from the Paranoid fleet and foil the plans of the Solenoid leaders.

Some interesting firsts in this segment. Patty is the first Solnoid since antiquity to experience maternal attachment and Rumy is the first to experience sexual attraction. The Solnoid race has gone without men for way too long.

@cadman2300 I think that they didn't had a choice. At the end of Gall Force New Era you can see FTL ship of the same design as the one that is seen in Stardust War when supercomputer Elysian spoke of the ancient history of the Solonoid. They escaped from nuclear war to another planet in the same type of ship that is shown in the New Era story arc. I can just speculate that they traveled back in time and since they were all women they cloned each other like rest of the Solonoid do now.
