Revised on 7.2.11. This was an overwhelming endeavor... paying tribute to an actress whose work I've followed for all of her days on OLTL and before then on Another World. On June 24, 2011, Robin Strasser taped what has thus far been indicated as her last tape date for the show, which is expected to end its run in January, 2012. The memorable scenes are innumerable. Though the actress is leaving the soap for now, her impact and legacy will not be forgotten by her many fans. She is simply the best.

Wow! What an excellent tribute to a fabulous talent. I'm 21 and 1 of my earliest memories of television is seeing Dorian "the pretty lady with the long red hair" as I use to say as a kid. One Life to Live grew to become my favorite soap. I'm really going to miss it when it's gone. Really hope they let Robin come back for the final episodes too!

I knew Robin first from All My Children. I certainly have enjoyed her immensely on OLTL. Thanks for a great tribute.

@munecojim Thank you. I watched her briefly on AMC, mostly when it was announced that Strasser would be returning to Daytime after her break when she left the role of Rachel Davis on AW. I wasn't even school age when I started watching her. For whatever reasons, she's the only actress who has captivated my interest to this extent. She takes great care in showing the layers of her character. Here, Robin acknowledges Agnes Nixon's major contribution to her career. She has been there throughout.

@talkingducksrgreat I'm really hoping that Robin returns prior to the show's end. I do not believe I am alone in feeling the ending of this show would be incomplete without her presence.

@CarlD2 Thanks. I know that you are a longtime fan. I did put love into it and I appreciate that it was evident. I am going to really miss Robin as Dorian Lord and I wanted something to show how much she is loved and her talent respected by her fan friends.
