Most people on this planet cannot concieve of a race of beings who have evolved beyond the need to kill and/or destroy in order for personal gain. We tend to judge others by our own standards of behaviour and attritube our own pettiness and short comings to them.

2) Why mess with humans or Earth for any resource if they can just master atomic recycling and restructuring of matter to create whatever the heck they want?

3) If they created humans, why mess with their investment and perhaps spoil what had taken them hundreds of thousands of years to create?

It all pretty much spells out the same thing. If they are so smart, why must we assume them be so stupid as well?

Well it is just than humans are idiots and we like to make scapegoats. We've done this before with the Jews and with Blacks. So it shouldn't surprise anyone we would accuse aliens of things that we should hold out all cards on the table for anything that could have occurred. Aliens aren't capable of hurting us. Three reasons.

1) Why stumble on some stupid species and waste their time with us, when they could study black holes instead?
