Sorry, but the flight number of the first plane was American Airlines Flight 11 (AA11) and United Airlines Flight 175 (UA175). Q33 ist a Busline of NY and have nothing to do with 911, in this case. This is a ten years old fake, which is already enlightened.

I would say that number one is the smallest integral number and thats the reason for those frequency, eleven is pictured by two ones, it's the smallest prime number of two-digit numbers, the first repdigit and palindromic prime number.
