my team is doing this this year but we cradle out of a hitch after we turn

thats is soooooo cool! but all i have to say is just before you load in, don't do such a big bounce because it takes quite a lot of energy out of u, i've been told not not do such a big bounce before and it helps get the flyer up much quicker. great job though girls! keep up the good work! xx

I'm actually the flyer that fell and no haha I was fine it didn't hurt at all. it's mukwonago high school actually and this is from suchhh a long time ago haha not sure why our coach called it the toilet but it was our favorite stunt to do bc it was so fun.. well for being the flyer atleast :)
