I live in a socialist country and its better in healthcare, employment, welfare and education than US or Britain, which are clearly more capitalistic class societies. Look what Silva, Chavez, Kirchner and Morales did in Latin American countries, socialists archieved what the IMF market fundamentalism couldn't in decades.

Were part Socialist, look at our welfare, high taxation, public education etc. What the fuck do you think this is called? Socialism of course! At the same time being over taxed to fund these Socialist programs. Were paying to bail out big business from their problems, such as the automobile industry. There is no strict definition of a so-called "Mixed Economy". Thats a broad term that could mean anything, not just your own explanation.
