did you make gains with your plyos?
-
I don't see how this would work but only build more acid in your legs....
Since clearly high jump you are only allowed to take off of one foot.
Your running approach will give you height and the power to carry you over
-
I'm not sure if this has been suggested already but from one high jumper to another you may want to adjust the distance of the Hurdles in relavance to the height your trying to clear. Your explosion is awesome but you need time to travel over the bar in addition to adding a little more explosion of the the ground that will push you forward in addition to upward. God bless and much success to you...

Well with the amount of knee valgus you have during some of your landings I would worry about more than just your meniscus. Just my 2 cents.

yes, i have a q angle which is similar to many female basketball players, i work hard on eliminating it, but it just seems to be ingrained into my system

also, in my case, the only issue that would possibly exist would be that of the meniscus, because it is the only tissue in the knee area which has tissue too hypoxic to regenerate. If a knee or tendon or joint capsule problem was going to happen, it would have happened already. Of course not everyone is built for this....
