Part of this video was shot north of Lincoln, IL on I-155 and the rest was shot East of Lincoln along State Highway 10. All of it is in slow motion (10% speed, or 1/10 real time). This storm touched an EF-0 tornado down just south of my location at the beginning of the video, which caused some damage to homes and trees, and spread sheet metal across the open fields of Central IL for 12 miles.
I ran into this damage shortly after the tornado touched down, finding trees down in the road facing north (The storm was moving Southeast).
I am a storm chaser based in Norman, OK but originally from Lansing, MI. You can visit my website at http://www.michiganstormchaser.com for more information about me and full accounts from my past storm chases including video and pictures.
