  • that jerk was TRYING to start a fire

  • when i start a car with a carburetor that has not been run in years i fill the carb float bowl with gasoline through the vent on the carb.it will then start normally providing the accelerator pump in the carb still works, usually that will allow the fuel pump to prime and the car will stay running once it can keep the float bowl full.the way you were doing that you were inviting a engine fire,

  • fucking idiot why didnt he just put his hand infront of it and pour it in, also gasoline is the best fluid.

  • Were you back far enough?!?!?!? Spraying that shit from 1000 feet away AND spraying it while it was turning over was the reason for the fire! Next time try spraying inside the air horn of the Carb.

  • Are you looking for parts I have some exterior chrome. for sale at buildacar.piczo.com

  • little gas in the carb maybe?....might help

  • why didn't you spray the starting fluid directly down the carburetor's air horn?
