  • i get a no bootable media found error help

  • try checking to see if you added the .iso in, file add os or whatever then try to boot

  • When i try to start w7 in virtualbox, i get a strange message saying "No bootable medium found, system halted"

    Anyone got any suggestions?

  • You have to make sure you go in and add "Windows 7" iso to your v-box then try booting up

  • will VBoxGuestAdditions.iso work for the IDE Secondary Master? Because whenever I boot up, it doesn't work.

  • @FeargalF1 try using Deamontools to mount the .iso file and then select drive D: or whatever the virtual drive is for it. :)

  • BTW VirtualBox doesn't support 64bit OSs, so download the 32bit version people.

  • Mac is worth saving up to. Mac is very stable better than an PC
