The Ye Olde Fartes Traditional Archery and Sore Losers Team is an informal group of archers who use only old-style longbows and recurve bows. They shoot once a month at lifelike 3-D animal targets, mostly for fun. Some are hunters, while others just like to shoot bows.

@blackfeatherarchery I don't think there's something wrong with the longbow. I just don't like shooting compounds. And that's stricktly personal.

i love my longbow! i cant stand compounds,,its the whole pull hard then relese and now my arrow is all slack and wobbly. i like feeling the constant pull. plus you can brag that with a longbow you got now fancy sites or arrowrest and you can still kick ass with it.
