@manoftruth4 Of course it makes sense! If they, the policy-makers, really wanted to "help" those who are uninsured, why don't they just issue insurance cards to those people? End of problem. They don't find a solution, because it really isn't about helping people--it's about controlling them --and offering profits to "those in the loop."
