Yes legalize drug use so that the children starting at perhaps the age of 8 can become addicts. So that trafficing of drugs can be more valuable than getting a job. Oh yes also the streets will be filled with crazies and cracked out people. YES LEGALIZE DRUG USE..RETARD..
