Really interesting!!!!

I've also had this "mask" as being quiet and not responding to discussions or argues, when that's like doing nothing. If it's necessary to stay quiet because that's what needs to be done, cool, but to take that as a defense mechanism to separate oneself from others and feel superior by not saying anything - not cool. Better to direct and speak and breath
