@TheInvisibleSkyDaddy It wasn't criticism I've listened to what he said twice and it wasn't criticism, he was trying to explain his religious beliefs and ask her to be respectfull of his religious beliefs but she didn't let him finish. Ahhhh I just don't get it! I don't get it! Why is something criticism just because it's legal. Further more who are you to judge his motives, you who have a username that mocks those of different beliefs than you. You name is an offensive criticism!
-
She didn't let him finish. Why is it wrong to say "Hey I'm sort of religious so I'd appreciate it you wouldn't talk about your fiance to me." Like you said no matter how he put it he would look bad, probably no matter how he put it,he would have gotten into trouble. It's funny how the work environment used to be geared towards making everyone comfortable but now just because somethings legal those that don't agree with it are supposed to bite their tongue? don't sound fair to me!

Like I was saying, our faith is not something that we take to church and sunday's and then leave hanging on the coat rack when we go to work on Monday, Okay for some it might be that way, but not for everyone. We are people too, just like you don't deserve to be made to feel uncomfortable by religious talk in the work place, we shouldn't be made to feel uncomfortable about talk about athiesm, darwinism, or homosexuality. In the video he states that he was going to further explain himself but cnt
-
That's right he can't say how he feel's either way. How is that fair. Faith goes beyond the church walls. Why should he be made to feel uncomfortable. I notice your what I like to call a Blame Athiest. You don't believe in god and so thus you condemn christians in your lifetime for everything that those before them did? How'd you like to get blaimed for all the rape and murder that other athiest have done, simply because your an athiest.

@FinalJusticeMovement If homosexuals "blazed the trail", as you said, then they would have been the first people to have contracted the disease. That is a fallacious statement. Heterosexual humans were the first, so they "blazed the trail" or "started the trend".
-
OK, so whether or not that is true doesn't explain
the fact that homosexuals blazed the trail, started the trend,
and are still the first to campaign against it and who otherwise
benefit from its research.

@FinalJusticeMovement If you would have checked the history of HIV/AIDS through the WHO, you would have learned that the first people who contracted the disease were HETEROsexual, not HOMOsexual. So NO, your assumption that homosexual people started it because they are the minority is neither fact nor practical.
He didn't get fired from a job. It's called satire! The guy that made the "fired" video is a homosexual. The video was made for comedy purposes. Check out his profile and look at his other videos.

@badmojo19712008 I dunno, sir. I was contacted by an alleged co-worker that validated the whole situation. As of now, though, I couldn't give a shit.

Thing is, he didn't say that she shouldn't do what she was doing. He expressed his belief for sure, and by saying that he was a Christian, well, all the more reason for her to feel distaste towards him because of what she does. BUT, she expressed her belief first, and really in this context, their beliefs are just personal opinions. Everyone has opinions, many of them are bound to differ, so what's the problem? He should not have been fired, she just felt provoked and exercised her authority.

@TheInfinite91 We weren't there to validate what opinion was spoken first. Your argument is flawed. It's more of a context vs. content in the workplace kind of thing, you know?

I don't believe he was fired for his belief. I believe he was fired for offending others.
Then again, Massachussetts is crawling with anal-retentive crybabies.

Yeah, that's entirely possible. I would say, however, the offense upon another was based upon a personal belief. But you're right - the belief itself wasn't what caused the termination; the reckless criticism of another employee with more political leverage was (in that case, anyway). And, anal-retentive people are everywhere.
