Tour of Bethlehem

My friend and I went to Bethehem for the day and got a great tour of the area from our cab driver. We started at the Church of the Nativity, but then ventured into a local market. On the way to Herrod's ruins, we were invited to our cab driver's home for tea and olives. The Palestinian people are very hospitable, as I have heard are most arab people. The day was very memorable for me. Please enjoy the slide show.

I created it on a macintosh computer. Used iPhoto and exported the slideshow as an .avi movie. I think you can do the same on a PC as well.

Thanks. I really enjoyed going into Palestine. The absolute highlight of my trip to Israel had to be when the cab driver invited us into his house for tea and olives. For someone to do that and share the hospitality of his home is pretty special.
