IQ does in no way improve with education. You cant raise your IQ by reading a book. Nor does reading a book enter your genepool to make your kids any smarter.
Thats the biggest fallacy concerning IQ and demology you ignorant twat.
You might look at conditions there and think.. ofcourse they have a low IQ. No schools bad nutrition and nobody teaches them anything. Its however much more modern to think... Thats exactly the kind of society you would expect a 70 IQ population to produce.
