Summary: The CISCDR Distinguished Visitor Lecture
Mr. Feinberg was appointed by the Attorney General of the United States to serve as the Special Master of the Federal September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001. In this capacity, he developed and promulgated the Regulations governing the administration of the Fund and administered all aspects of the program, including evaluating applications, determining appropriate compensation and disseminating awards. The Fund ultimately paid over $7 billion to some 5,300 9/11 families and surviving physically injured victims of the terrorist attacks.

Mr. Feinberg is an attorney and one of the nation's leading experts in mediation and alternative dispute resolution. He is the managing partner and founder of The Feinberg Group, LLP. He has also had a distinguished teaching career as Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law Center, University of Pennsylvania Law School, New York University School of Law, the University of Virginia Law School and Columbia Law School. Mr. Feinberg has been Court-Appointed Special Settlement Master, mediator and arbitrator in thousands of disputes involving such issues as mass torts, breach of contract, antitrust and civil RICO violations, civil fraud, product liability, insurance coverage, and various commercial and environmental matters. Mr. Feinberg was also one of three arbitrators selected to determine the fair market value of the original Zapruder film of the Kennedy assassination and was one of two arbitrators selected to determine the allocation of legal fees in the Holocaust slave labor litigation.

@gndzro It was a pleasure removing the steel that was obviously destroyed in a controlled demolition? 1/4 mile long highly engineered steel structures do not and cannot turn to dust in 10 seconds, thats why they use ironmworkers. You never even wondered? I guess you dont have to be smart or even think to be an ironworker. There were dimensional box steel columns in WTC 7 that were 6 feet by 2 feet with 6 inch triple wall, cut clean, unbent ot truncated, dripping slag, and smoking hours later.

Thousands of victims on Kens "compensation fund" list were added by a New York judge days after the event without any evidence the claimed people were even near the buildings, besides heresay. The names have many flaws. The best one that cannot be faked if the Social Security Death Record. The names Ken cut all that cash to are NOT listed as dead on the SS death record for all Americans going back to 1937. There are still thousands unidentified. Feinberg is fraudberg, he needs a criminal trial

Ken and his Bush buddies RAPED the Constitution, which is THE US law. They just love him at the "law" schools. They teach you how to manipulate and subvert the law at "law" school .... obviously they skip the three page document that is THE law. Its sad and embarrasing that higher education is so stupid.
